We will make every effort to ship your in-stock item within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will be shipped via either USPS or UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. We ship to domestic US only.
If your order didn’t work out, you can send back regularly priced items within 15 days of purchase.
We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the hang tags still on and all packaging/boxes included and undamaged. We will refund the merchandise price you paid to the original form of payment. (Note: Shipping fees are not refundable).
Please note that sale items are final sale and not returnable.
If you wish to make an exchange, you will need to return the original item and reorder the item you wish to exchange for.
When returning your order, please pack the item carefully. We ask that you please do not adhere a shipping label to the manufacturer's package and that you use a shipping box or envelope. You can ship the package with any method that you choose, but a method that offers tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance is always recommended. If your package is lost in transit and we cannot confirm delivery, we will be unable to issue a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping back your item, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order #, description of item and reason for return.
